15 years of Community, Empowerment and Struggle
 PODER's seeds of social justice began sprouting in the East Austin community fifteen
years ago. From closing a toxic fuel storage facility to organizing a record-breaking Cesar
Chavez March, PODER has not only solidified its place in Austin's social justice community
but empowered people of color to use their voice.
